Return by Mail

We'll gladly accept returns for any Kzenbeauty.com products within

30 days of the purchase date.

·   Place the unused item in its original condition and use the original

   packaging to ship your product.

·   Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.

·   Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order so

   that the return shipping is free.  

Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees if you do

not use the enclosed Merchandise Return Label.

Return Refunds

and Credits

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of

any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days

of the purchase date. After the 30 days have passed, you will

receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your

account. The credit for your returned items cannot be

exchanged for a cash refund.

If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the

gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make

sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail

address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable

to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit

your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a

gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return

has been processed. Please note that your financial institution

will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect

this transaction. If you have any questions about your return,

please contact Customer Service.

Visit any Kzen store* and return your purchase within 30 days

of receiving your order.Please ensure that you bring the

enclosed Packing Slip and Merchandise Return Form that was

included in the original package along with the item that you

wish to return.

If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service.

We can either credit your Kzen account with online store

credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned

products at this time.
